Annalisa Marsay

Trainee Solicitor

Annalisa is a trainee solicitor in the employment team, with a strong passion for employment law.

Dedicated and detail‑oriented, Annalisa provides comprehensive support across a broad spectrum of employment law matters. She assists with day‑to‑day HR issues, drafts and reviews workplace policies, conducts legal research, and helps prepare advice on disciplinary processes, grievances, contracts, and statutory rights. Annalisa is particularly interested in how employment law shapes fair and effective workplace practices for both employers and employees.

She holds a first-class law degree from the University of Greenwich and completed her master’s degree with distinction in September 2023. Annalisa passed the SQE1 in the top quintile and is undertaking SQE2, with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor in 2026. Her proactive approach and enthusiasm for employment law make her a valuable member of the team.
