Anna is a Trainee Solicitor moving from commercial property to the corporate and commercial team. She assists on mergers, acquisitions and private equity investment deals.

Annalisa supports the business team by assisting in the conducting of research, preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance.

With us since 2012, Becky is an integral part of our busy team – supporting our lawyers day-to-day so that they in turn can be exceptional for our clients.

Bethany is a solicitor in our corporate team. She advises on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, company constitutions, and corporate restructures. Caroline has been with us since 2009 and is a safe pair of hands on all commercial property matters involving industrial units, retail premises and development sites.

David is the lead contact for our hospitality and commercial property teams.

Praised by the Legal 500 for his ability to unpick complex issues, David specialises in advising corporate occupiers and portfolio holders. He’s advised the estates and property team at St Austell Brewery for many years and is a moderator for appointments to the British Institute of Innkeeping’s advisory panel.

Louise joined us in 2023 and is part of our friendly administrative team. She helps us get the job done for our clients by delivering top-notch general and accounts administration support.

Luke is an associate in our corporate team and a specialist in employment law too.

Shelly heads up our finance department and is responsible for budgeting, monitoring and compliance.

Stacey is a trainee solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in intellectual property law, including trade marks, brand protection and data protection.

Tamsin is commercially focussed with a calm and pragmatic approach.  She goes above and beyond to provide the best service to her clients whilst striving to build and maintain strong relationships.  Described as ‘relatable’ she takes the stress out of the transaction with a view to progressing it as quickly and effectively as possible.

Wendy supports our commercial property and renewable energy teams, helping them to get their jobs done by handling a vast range of technical and administrative tasks.
