Luke Smith

Associate

Luke is an associate in our corporate team and a specialist in employment law too.

Meticulous in his work, clients trust Luke to guide them at every stage of their transactions.

He regularly advises on corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, joint ventures, company constitutions and shareholder agreements. He is also skilled in advising both employers and employees on employment law, including on employment aspects of corporate transactions, day-to-day employment issues and tribunal claims.

Luke joined us in 2022 having qualified as a solicitor in 2019. He has a Law Degree from the University of the West of England in Bristol, where he also completed the Legal Practice Course and Professional Skills Course.
